Waiting to begin our morning |
Being so patient :) |
Eye exam in classroom |
20/20 vision :) |
Last part of the eye exam! |
Caught them play fighting again :) |
Cracking up! |
She just loves him - it's so cute :) |
Gringa & Gringo :) |
Not everyone was so excited about the whole eye exam thing - little Sarai was not a happy camper! You can see her progressively getting more and more upset!
Standing outside of the door - refusing to go in so I had to go get Jonny (her brother) :) |
Jonny trying to talk her into it |
Finally got her to go inside |
Showing her that it was just a light! |
No words needed :) |
Jonny showing her that it could be like a game :) |
She finally did it - after I bribed her with candy :) |
Here she is with her paper and candy! YAY :) |
After our morning at La Roca, we went to the US Embassy and had a personal tour with Colonel Bob Swisher. We have been blessed to get to know him & his sweet wife, Brenda, during the last few weeks here in Tegucigalpa. We had a great afternoon touring the Embassy - full of fun stories and laughs. Here is the only picture that we were allowed to take - so enjoy :)
As for tonight, we are off to our official "farewell" party with all of our friends here in Tegucigalpa! Pictures to come soon - probably with some tears along the way! It's going to be so hard to say "see ya later!" :(
